As reported on the front page of The Star-Ledger, Berkowitz Lichtstein recently concluded a negotiation with Rutgers University on behalf of the Associate Alumnae of Douglass College (the “AADC”). Under the agreement, the AADC will continue to steward the nearly $40 million Douglass Fund trust, retain its physical presence on the Douglass Campus, and continue its nearly 100 year-old legacy of supporting women’s education. Partners, Lawrence Neher and Lance Eisenberg, and associate, Eric Carosia, led the team in this matter of significant public importance.
