Partner, Lance Eisenberg, led a discussion on estate planning at the Seton Hall University Faculty Retirement Group meeting on May 2, 2019. Lance addressed the benefits of basic estate planning documents and important nontax reasons to be proactive with estate planning. He also discussed recent changes to the estate and gift tax laws created by the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017.
