Robert is actively involved in the New Jersey State Bar Association, and its Family Law and Real Property Trust and Estate Law Sections.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Robert Giasullo was a business entrepreneur and a retailer. After graduating from law school, he began his law practice as an associate in the tax and corporate departments of the law firm of Hannoch Weisman.

Today, with 30 years of experience, Robert has a wide-ranging law practice, including:

  • corporate and business counseling,
  • commercial transactions,
  • commercial and residential real estate matters,
  • contract law,
  • representation of borrowers and lenders in connection with real estate and asset-backed financing,
  • loan work-outs,
  • real estate foreclosure,
  • estate and trust law, and
  • family law

He has also mediated family law matters.
