Robert Holup practices in the firm’s Litigation and Trusts & Estates groups. Robert served as law clerk to the Honorable Walter Koprowski, Jr., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, General Equity/Probate Parts. Robert previously worked as a securities litigation associate at a mid-sized firm where he defended national broker-dealers involving sales practice disputes. Following law school, Robert served as a Deputy Attorney General at the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office where he led the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs in hundreds of consumer fraud and antitrust investigations.

Robert is currently on the Executive Committee for the New Jersey State Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division. In 2021 and again in 2023, Robert received the Service to the Community award for devoting substantial time and energy to community-oriented activities. In addition, Robert was selected as a Fellow for the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2023-2024 Leadership Academy.
