Brendan practices in the firm’s litigation group, and focuses his practice on Trust and Estates disputes, including will contests, contested non-probate transfers and beneficiary designations, fiduciary removal actions, and guardianships. He also handles commercial litigation in both the General Equity and Law Divisions, including business divorces, contract disputes, business torts, and other business litigation matters.

Brendan has also served as court-appointed counsel for alleged incapacitated individuals in guardianship proceedings.

Prior to joining the firm, Brendan practiced at a respected boutique litigation firm in Northern New Jersey, where he gained substantial experience in commercial and Trusts and Estates litigation.

While at Brooklyn Law School, Brendan was a member of the Journal of Law and Policy. Brendan is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association. He is also a Pupil of the Justice Morris Pashman American Inn of Court.
