Timothy practices in the firm’s Commercial and Personal Injury Litigation Group. As part of his practice, Timothy represents the firm’s clients in plaintiff-side personal injury disputes, workplace disputes, and estate and trust litigations. Timothy also works with clients who are prosecuting and defending against business disputes.

Timothy previously served as a liaison between the New Jersey District Court Clerk’s Office and the Honorable Brian R. Martinotti, U.S.D.J. of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. More recently, Timothy worked as an associate at mid-sized firm where he protected mortgagees’ equity in residential properties.
